This is the finished fresco art section of the wall that was put accross Wilshire Blvd. in celebration of the fall of the Berlin Wall 20 years ago.

This is the beginning of the construction of a recreated piece of the Berlin Wall for the Wall Project event of the Los Angeles Wende Museum to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The wall consists of a simple metal frame that gets Stauss Clay Lath affixed which is then plastered.

Affixing to the support construction is very simple. In this case metal wire was used to stitch the Clay Lath and the support frame together.

The plasterer just started his job of covering the entire construction with plaster. Since Stauss Brick Lath is coated with clay it will have a perfect adherence.
